Welcome to the Brit Hotel Acacias, your hotel in the heart of Arles, ideally located in the historic center of a city with an inexhaustible wealth of history.

Our hotel enjoys a privileged location between the Arles Amphitheatre and the SNCF train station, making it ideal for a sightseeing stay, a weekend in Camargue or a business trip. We welcome you every day from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. For any arrival after 7:00 p.m., please contact us in advance.

To make your stay in our hotel in central Arles even more comfortable, we offer a free luggage storage service reserved for hotel guests. Several parking options are also available nearby:

• a public car park close to the hotel;
• a free car park located opposite the train station, only a 5-minute walk away;
• private garages available by reservation only, with valet service.

The hotel is located in the historic centre of Arles, in a semi-pedestrian area. Retractable electric bollards are used to restrict vehicle access. Upon arrival, we recommend parking on Place Lamartine, along the city walls, to unload your luggage and complete your check-in with ease.

It’s ok for one night and the position is good to visit the center and principal sites of Arles. I need to report to management that there is an unpleasant smell in the hotel lobby, like cat urine, and the same thing on the floors leading to the rooms. Fortunately, that stench didn’t permeate the bedroom. I don’t know if it was a moquette issue. For the sake of your future guests’s sense of smell, please sanitize the rooms and apply air fresheners.

Dear Edoardo, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that you found our location convenient for visiting the centre of Arles and its main sites. Regarding your comment about an unpleasant smell in the lobby and corridors, we are genuinely surprised, as you are the only guest to have reported this. The hotel has been fully open since March 23rd for the 2026 season, and all carpets and common areas were professionally shampooed less than a week before your arrival, on March 28th. In addition, the hotel was fully booked during your stay, and no other guest or member of our team has reported any similar issue. As a side note, there is a paper factory located outside the city, which very occasionally, depending on wind direction, can produce odours that may reach parts of the city centre. That said, we have not identified any issue within the hotel itself. For future stays, it would also be very helpful if such a concern could be reported to us directly at the time, so that we can immediately check on site and take action if necessary. We really liked the hotel and where it was situated. We could just walk out the entrance and was immediately in the old town.
